Easy Crispy Kangkong | MajLife

Do you Know? 

Kangkong has beta carotene, Vitamin A, Iron, phosphorus and thiamin.

Dish for the Day: Crispy Kangkong 


Ingredients:

1 bundle of kangkong 

1 egg, beaten

1 cup cold water 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour 

Cooking oil


Procedure:

Cut kangkong leaves from the stem.

Wash, Clean and pat dry.

Mix the egg, water, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. 

Add kangkong leaves and mix until all is fully coated.

Heat oil in a pan. 

Fry the leaves until it's crispy. 

Drain Oil. Transfer in a serving dish. 

Serve with Garlic Mayonnaise Dip or Vinegar
