Here's what we need :
▫️Glutinous
▫️Coconut Milk
▫️Muscovado Sugar
Shredded Coconut - Optional
Sharing you these quick steps
1. Combine Glutinous flour and coconut milk
(you may add shredded Coconut if you got at home)
Mix well until a dough is formed.
2. Use spoon to Scoop a portion then form into a ball.
3. Heat now the pot with cooking oil.
(i used vegetable oil for this)
4. Deep fry in a medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
5. Drain excess oil. Or use a Paper towel in a plate. Set aside.
6. Now for Caramelized :
Heat the saucepan the pour our Sugar. Add some little water or ypu may use coconut milk too.
stir continuously until it thickens.
7. Toss our Glutinous balls to cover it all.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
