Homemade Ice Cream Cake | #Majlife2020

how are you doin' mommies and daddies?
What you been up to at Home?

Been busy preparing for my Eldest 7th Birthday last May 1 and because We can't go out and also hesitant to order online especially food.
And since Ate Roczi requested for an Ice cream cake.. Might as well made one at Home. Yes, we're now part of #LockdownBirthday

Let me share you our Homemade Ice Cream Cake.
You will need:
15pcs Fudgee Bar (any flavor will do)
1 Pack 250ml Alaska Condensed Milk (Chilled)
2 Packs 250ml Nestlé Cream (Chilled)
20cm Masflex Round Bakeware
Mixing Bowl

Cost :
Alaska Condensed 250ml - Php.49
Nestlé All Purpose Cream 250ml - Php.58 x 2pcs
Fudgee Bar 15pcs 6/pc x Php.90
Used a Round Bakeware 20cm (good for 8— 10 people) you can use any available container at Home
Total: PHP 255.00

Crushed Fudgee Barr

Flatten in the molder
Then Refrigerate while doin the Ice cream Mixture

Pour 2 pcks of all purpose cream.
Beat until doubled
Add condensed milk.
Time to whip.

Pour the mixture. 

You may again Cover with crushed Fudgee barr
Refrigerate Overnight. 

Lets Now decorate it:

Top with Chocolate Syrup and Nips Chocolate
(you may use what's available at Home or have it Plain and simple) 

PS. Don't forget to take a Photo first, remember, pinaghirapan natin to.. Dpaat may remembrance tayo hehehe..

And Just like that.. It's definitely
Ready to Serve!!
The ice cream mixture doesn't melt easily.
The texture is so soft.
As I've observe to have it really creamy and soft Ice cream Mixture? 
More cream.. Not so Sweet just right. 



Also a DIY NO.7 Candle from my Youngest 7th month old Birthday. I really kept those candles from my daughters birthday so that I can again use it. Like this one.

This cake is Simple but my two daughter's really love the creamy taste. 
And what I love about this it's,
SUPER TIPID!



What makes it really special? 
This Cake made with LOVE.

Birthdays shouldn't be always Grand, the most important thing is that. You celebrated it with Family and that you make the Celebrant so Happy...kasi sa kanya naman talaga tong araw Na to.
