My 35th birthday is one of the memorable moments i will keep ..
im another year older but i feel more younger.. celebrating this special day with families around.
It doesnt really matter how celebrations can be "grandest" or "simplest" but it is how you spent and celebrate it.. indeed, im Happy and contented. Its a Blessings!

The simplest YEMA

Being at home is sometimes gets you bored especially if youre all done of the things to do..
And thinking something to eat..
s-w-e-e-t ???!!!
But ooppps.. WORRYing about sweets? ..these sweet thing are just perfectly plain sinful. A mouth watering soft balls with a luscious caramel... how can you resist?

In just 1 hour 20 mins you will enjoy a Sweet Simplest YEMA

INGREDIENTS
* 5 egg yolks
* 1 can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup sugar
* Toothpick

INSTRUCTIONS
🔸In a bowl, combine egg yolks and condensed milk
🔸Stir together until well-blended.
🔸In a pan over low heat, transfer egg and milk mixture. Cook, stirring regularly, until thick enough to form shape. Continuously scrape bottom and sides of pan to prevent burning. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Shape into balls..

🔸In another pan over medium heat, add sugar and level evenly and continous mixing it stop from burning.
🔸Continue to cook until sugar liquefies and caramelizes.

🔸When sugar has turned to caramel, pour caramelized over the custard ball in a stick one by one and turn gently to coat. With a fork (this will allow excess caramel to drip off), immediately remove coated yema and place in a single layer on an aluminum pan or any non-stick baking sheet.

🔸Allow to cool (you may want to wrap it with plastic) or you can share and eat it!! YUM! Enjoy!

It is even more happier to make this sweet treat with my little helper.

Love to hear your sweet tips too. #majcooking

Basura Garden in my Hometown

Last October 20 this year, Me & my family got to experience fiesta in my hometown after 10 years. When i started working i never got to be home and celebrate fiesta from then..

One of those place we want to see is this.. " Basura Garden " #proudbaleten-on

In 1804, the “pueblo” or municipality of Balete was founded. The town was named, as the stories tell us, after the namesake tree that grew in its heart.

Balete is a 4th-class municipality in the eastern part of the province, 21-km southeast of Kalibo, 106-km southeast of Caticlan, and 35 km from the provincial seaport in New Washington. It is also 65-km north of Roxas City and 155-km north of Iloilo City. On a trip from Kalibo to Iloilo and vice versa, one cannot miss Balete. The municipality is composed of ten barangays, nine of which are in a mountainous area.

For those looking for eco adventures or who loves art should definitely consider visiting Balete, Aklan. The residents take pride of their Basura Garden, which obviously now one of the tourist wants to go to.
