When I became a MOM, one of the things i love to do is to take photos with every milestone of my Eldest (Roczi)

It was year July 2014 when I signed up to PHOTOBOOK.

I remember this orders that i have to get it from Makati Postal Office because it was not available yet for delivery. So, after office when i received a Postal Mail that my order from PHOTOBOOK PH is already ready for pick up. I have to take my Break time and go picked it up, So gladly to know that it was just  one ride away from the office i am working to that time.

When the first time I opened it, i got WOW! Didn't regret a single moment i choose to purchase it.

Indeed, a LOVE at First Photobook and counting..

Chunky Chicken Caldereta | Mama Sita’s Mix | MajLife

Let's Level up our 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮.

Birthdays, Especially Fiestas, i remember way back home, CALDERETA is always the star in our table. In my generation, Mas papasarapin pa ang Authentic Chicken Caldereta na Favorite natin using the only one Mama Sita’s Meal Mixes.

And you can't say NO to it! Promise mapapa "More RICE please!'' ka pa

Here's to guide you a simple recipes on How to Cook the easiest CHUNKY Caldereta you can proud of:

Ingredients: 

- 250g Boneless Chicken (cut into 1x1.5in) 

- 2 tbsp cooking oil

- 1 Mama Sitas Caldereta Mix

- 2 cups water

- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped) 

- 1 pc onion (chopped) 

- 2 pcs tomatoes (chopped) 

- 300g carrots (diced) 

- 300g potatoes (diced) 

- 80g bell pepper (cut into triangles) 

- 75g green peas

Procedure:

1. In a Wok/Pan Heat oil anf saute’ garlic, onion and tomato. Add chicken and still-fry until the edges has browned.

2. Add Mama Sitas Caldereta mix and water then let it boil. Add potatoes and carrots , cover and simmer until it becomes tender.

3.Add red bell pepper and green peas. Cooked for about 3 more minutes.

READY, Enjoy and  serve!

first, I researched on how to make a Twist Potato without using a machine.

days before that, i was about to buy that Spiral Potato Cutter - but, it didnt push through,

kasi naisip ko mapapagastos pa ako.. why not try to make it manually.

and i'm telling you, it's really a hard work. Pero syempre di susuko!

and of course, with the help of my husband who is always there to support even through online

(siya talaga ang #1 fan ko) and my father in law who helped me with the costings, 

family Teamwork indeed!

so, ayun lang, i am just really happy about it and would love to share it here with you.

021 Maker Space's First Community Outreach Program

021 Maker Space's First Community Outreach Program

As part of addressing common concerns in this time of pandemic and giving back to the community, the 021 Maker Space Dream Incubator coworking space, conducted its very first Community Outreach Program on September 12, 2020, with the theme "We Care, We Share. Together We Can Do Best." The said community event was done in participation with the Philippine Dragon Media Network (PDMN) and XBistro Laboratory.

The chosen beneficiaries are the poor families of Barangay 282, San Nicolas, Manila, the Medical Frontliners of Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital in Binondo, Manila, and some street dwellers in the areas of Binondo, Sta. Cruz and Intramuros.

A total of 200 poor families of Barangay 282 benefited from the 021 Maker Space community outreach program. Each family received a food bag with rice, canned goods, instant noodles, and a face shield. The activity at the barangay was realized with the support of Barangay 282 Chairman Steven Yap and Council. The 021Maker Space coworking team donated 4 gallons of alcohol to the barangay and a certificate of appreciation was handed to Chairman Yap for their assistance in ensuring a smooth and peaceful event.

Also, with the help of the volunteers from Starlight Business Consulting Services, the coworking space team were able to randomly distribute a total of 100 food bags to the poor street dwellers along Binondo, Sta. Cruz and Intramuros, Manila.

Furthermore, as a part of the O21 Maker Space coworking community outreach program, they donated a total of 100 meal packs, cooked with love by XBistro Laboratory, to the Medical Frontliners of Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital in Urbiztondo St, Manila. Aside from the food packs, a Certificate of Appreciation was handed to thank the hospital frontliners for their selflessness and for relentlessly fighting against the Covid19 virus. 

"We know that what we gave to our poor fellows and the medical frontliners today were not enough, but we hope that our small gesture could make a difference to them," according to the 021 Maker Space coworking representative.

CDO Sopas ala MajLife

Tag ulan na naman, isa sa mga Paborito naming Pinoy Recipe ang Sopas.

Mga anak ko Mahilig sa creamy taste Karne Norte kaya naman.. Just in time for this rainy days - i cooked them 𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗢𝗣𝗔𝗦. 

Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte 175g

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 pc onions/Big (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 cup carrots (diced)

3 pcs of celery leaves (diced)

½ cup cabbage (chopped)

1 1/2 cups of water

1 cup elbow macaroni 

1/2 cup evaporated milk

Pepper to Taste

Procedure:

1. Sauté onions, garlic, then add CDO Karne Norte. Add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil. 

2. Add in elbow macaroni.

Let it simmer until elbow macaroni is cooked. 

3. Mix in carrots and celery.

4. Stir in evaporated milk. Season with Pepper.

5. Add in cabbage. 

Serve hot.

Super dali lang lutuin. Perfect for Merienda,

Pede din naman Pang Dinner, Busolved na talaga.
