a 𝗖𝗗𝗢 𝗜𝗱𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗴 with a twist

#idolNamnam Easy ideas for Christmas Santa Hat and Hotdog on a stick with Bacon and Star Cheese.

We Need:

CDO Idol Cheesedog

CDO Classic Bacon (optional)

Danes Cheese

Grapes, pwede din naman Olive (depende sa availability at meron na sa bahay)

Some Sticks /Toothpicks

And a Knife to Slice

Santa Claus Hat

Steam CDO Idol Cheesedog first, (for the two recipes)

Cut it in 3 Parts then slice Half, shape it into a Triangle.

For the Cheese: Cut it into a rectangle, same size with the hat the we made for the Hotdog

Use a Toothpick to arrange it

Put the Grapes on the toothpick then follow Cheese and the Triangle Hat on the Top

Hotdog in a Stick with Ham & Star Cheese on Top

Wrap Hotdog with Bacon then fry in a Slow fire then drain.

Shape Cheese into a Star, you may use a molder or manually cut.

Now put the Hotdog on a Stick the follow the Star Shape Cheese on Top

It's now time to arrange it on a Platter.

Serve and Enjoy.

Trying these Mocktails - definitely excited to prepare this for holidays. 

INGREDIENTS :

1 cup of Lemon

1 cup of Orange Juice

1 cup of Pineapple Juice

1 tbsp Grenadine

1 Can of Soda Water

2 tbsp of Sugar

1 Can of Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail

Dont forget a Bucket of Ice cubes. 

PROCEDURE:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large pitcher together with ice cubes.

B. MEGA PRIME LYCHEE MINT FIZ

INGREDIENTS :

1 Can Soda water

2 cups Primo Sparkling Wine

1 tbsp Sugar

1/3 cup Fresh Mint, Torn

4-5pcs Lychee (canned can be used)

1 can Mega Prime Nata De Coco

Lychee, half of syrup reserved

          

PROCEDURE:     

Mix all the ingredients together in a large pitcher together with ice cubes

BaiCon InFest: The First and Biggest Virtual Gathering of Creators in the Philippines

Over 80 creators and influencers invaded the digital space last October 23-24, 2020, for BaiCon InFest, the Philippines’ first and biggest virtual gathering of online personalities. The event, which was aptly themed as “Space Invasion,” was streamed via multiple digital platforms namely Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Kumu, and Zoom, making it a purely digital event that showcased 106 creators and audiences across the country were able to access it for free.

Organized by the Republiq Group of Companies (RGC) and the Creator and Influencer Council of the Philippines (CICP), BaiCon InFest seeks to send an important message to the netizens, especially in the midst of this global health pandemic.

“The world needs us to be physically distant from one another and the Digital Space or the internet is the only way for us to stay connected today. Since everyone is online, we need to promote the responsible use of social media now more than ever. Through the event, we want to tell everyone that every comment, every upload, every tweet can create an impact on someone. We all have the power of influence, so let’s use that responsibly,” shared Bea Alfar Evardone, creative lead of BaiCon InFest and COO of RGC.

The two-day event started with the TrueID Click, an online pitch party for aspiring creators and influencersthat allows them to share their content ideas in exchange for a grant worth P100,000 to kickstart their content creation journey. It was then followed by the official launch which was hosted by Inka Magnaye, Gino Quillamor, and Bogart the Explorer. The launch showcased talent performances and creator appearances from Mikey Bustos, Wil Dasovich, Kimpoy Feliciano, Marvin Fojas, Macoy Dubs, Davao Conyo, Alem Garcia, Issa Perez, Luigi Pacheco, Kyo Quijano, Rozel Basilio, and more.

The second day started with an opening talk by Alodia Gosiengfiao, “Gaming is a Real Sport,” and was followed by a talk on “The Future of Travel Content and the Creators’ Role in Travel today” with Wil Dasovich and Haley Dasovich. The morning session ended with a panel discussion on “Why the Cancel Culture is Toxic AF and How to Rise Above It” with Macoy Dubs, Davao Conyo and Deedee Villegas. 

The afternoon session was designed to have an entertaining and educational track. The entertainment sessions, which were hosted by creators Jen Barangan and Shaine Buhat, were streamed on Facebook, TikTok Live, and Kumu and featured fun content with Shine Kuk, Haidee and Hazel Quing, Christine Samson, Malaya Macaraeg, Echo Calingal, Kyo Quijano, Luigi Pacheco, Rozel Basilio, Enchong Dee, Alem Garcia, Issa Perez, Rigel Thomas, Steffi Jardin, Sarah del Mar, David Wilde X, Kimpoy Feliciano, Angie “Anghet” Cayetano, Ali King, Alec Kevin, Mikey Bustos, and JMKO Music.

The educational sessions, which were accessed via Zoom and Kumu, featured sessions on content creation and influencer marketing. The sessions were hosted and moderated by creators like Michelle Dy, Celle Lace, Johnn Mendoza, Chinkee Tan, Rei Germar, Carlo Ople, David Guison, KC Canlas, Erwan Heussaff, Mark del Rosario, Ruby Ibarra, Jhelo Cristobal, Jr Estudillo, Juliamica, Jessica Lee, Laurie Lee, Marvin Fojas, Raine Matienzo, Lyqa Maravilla, Dani Barretto-Panlilio, Xavi Panlilio, and Tara Merced-Bontol.

The two-day event capped off with the first CICP Spotlight Awards, an awards program that aims to recognize creators, influencers, brands, and agencies who have raised the standards in content creation and influencer marketing. Nominees were determined through a public nomination which garnered more than 12,000 counts across categories. Awards were given based on three categories - Category Champions, Platform Superstars, and Premium Awards. Below is the list of awardees for the first CICP Spotlight Awards:

Achieving an authentic taste na lasang lasa ang Homecooked meals. Approved na approved pa sa mga bata.

Sulit talaga, ang easy na mag isip ng lulutuin. At ang Affordable pa nito, with one sachet, servings makes good for 4-5 people na!

Sharing you this super easy recipe :

Ingredients:

– 1/2 Pork Chop (cut)

– 2 tbsp cooking oil

– 1 Mama Sitas Caldereta Mix

– 4 cups water

– 1 pc garlic (chopped)

– 1 pc onion (chopped)

– 1 pc tomatoes (chopped)

– 1 Big carrots (diced)

– 1 Big potatoes (diced)

– 80g bell pepper (cut into triangles)

– 1 cup Pineapple Chunks

Procedure:

1. In a Wok/Pan Heat oil anf saute’ garlic, onion and tomato. Add pork (any meat will do)

I already pregcooked pork (para mas malambot)

2. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta mix and water then let it boil. Add potatoes and carrots , cover and simmer until it becomes tender.

3. Add red bell pepper then follow Pineapple Chunks with Juice.

Cooked for about 3 more minutes.

READY, Enjoy and serve!

Lemon Square Cheesecake Flan | MajLife

And since we can't really go out often now like before, so here is sharing you an easy to prepare Recipe,

you can make it - Anytime of the day,

If you have a sweet tooth like me , THIS IS FOR YOU. 

𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗡

this will surely love by all. 

Our Love forever with 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 on it 

So let's start:

We Need:

1 Cup of Sugar (to Caramelized) 

6 egg yolks (4 eggyolks & 2 whole eggs) 

1 cup evaporated milk

1 can condensed Milk

Drops of Vanilla Extract

8 pieces of 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 (crushed) 

I used 6x2' Round Baking Pan (any Molder will do) 

Directions:

Prep: 15min › Cook: 45mins› Ready in: 45 & 15min

Caramelized sugar in a Low Fire and Spread in the Molder (set aside) 

Mix egg yolks, whole eggs, condensed, evaporated milk and gently mix (use a Hand Mixer if available) until yolks are all broken and blended. Add Vanilla Extracts and lightly mix. 

Pour mixture into the mold. 

Cover with Aluminum Foil.

Place this mold into a pan filled with water.

Steam for 45mins - 1hr or until the mixture is firm.

Now, let's prepare our crushed Lemonsquare Cheesecake in a seperate pan. 

When Lecheflan is already firm, remove from the heat and spread the Crushed Lemonsquare all over. Cover again and let it steam for just about 3—5mins, it will help our Lemonsquare Cheesecake form and won't scatter. 

Let it cool for an Hour. 

It is also best to serve chilled. 

Put it in a serving plate and now Ready to serve!

With the taste that kids will surely love, even tastier using 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 siksik sa cake, siksik sa pagmamahal.

Truly our Family will have the best Dessert to enjoy... Even just staying at HOME.
