Carbonara

Prep Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

½ cup chopped bacon

Butter

2 tbsp chopped garlic

1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml

¼ cup grated 

cheese

Pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP will do

½ cup water

500g Spaghetti (any brand)

Heres how to cook it:

Place chopped bacon in a pan and fry until crisp.
Add garlic and cook until slightly browned.
Pour in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream.

Add cheese.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. 

Thin the mixture by adding water.

Mix to fully.
Toss in cooked spaghetti noodles into the sauce.

Combine until noodles are fully coated with the sauce. 

Serve immediately.

Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese Recipe | #MajLife

Total Prep Time : 25minutes

Easy, cheesy Mac and Cheese that can be made from scratch and ready in 25 minutes plus it’s kid friendly!

it’s definitely one of my favorite comfort food.

Ingredients:

• Elbow Macaroni
• 1 Can of Evaporated Milk (may also use Fresh Milk)
• Cheese (in this recipe i used 3 kinds of Cheese) Eden Melt Cheese, Quezo de Bola & 3tbsp Chiz Whiz
• Bacon Flakes
• 2 tbsp Flour
• Pinch of Salt & Pepper
• Butter

Now Lets start;

1. Cook macaroni (any Macaroni will do).
2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 
3. Stir in flour, 
4. gradually whisk in Evaporated milk. 
5. add a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth; 
6. Add the Cheese (Melt Cheese and Quezo de Bola)
7. Stir in cheese until melted.
8. Add some water if Needed.
9. Its now time to put some bacon
10. Pour Macaroni and Fold
11. add Cheez Whiz
12. Let it Boil for a sec.
13. and now its ready to eat.
