Christmas at Shangri-La Plaza officially begins on December 1, as the leading lifestyle destination holds its anticipated yearly Christmas Tree Lighting at the Grand Atrium, 6:00PM on Sunday.

Tree Lighting Ceremony led by Shangri-La Plaza EVP and General Manager Lala Fojas, Mandaluyong Councilors Benjie Abalos III and Charisse Abalos, with guest artist Mr. Jose Mari Chan.

One thing i love about Nachos is that.. 

It can be a Snack and can actually full a Tummy, who's agreee with me!? 

While my youngest is sleeping.. I hurriedly prepare what am going to use. 

When we had grocery the other day, it was really in my list to make some Nachos at Home. 

Here is what i am going to use for my #DIYNachos Filipino Style

1 Pack of Mr Chips 

555 Tuna Flakes (drain oil) 

Cheez Whiz Pack

1 Whole Onion (white or Purple will do, sheredded) 

2 Pcs Fresh  Tomatoes (Cube) 

Oil

Sautee Onion then add Tuna Flakes until golden brown

Add some salt depends on your taste

Prepare Serving Plate and pour pack of Mr Chips

Spread Sauteed Tuna Flakes and Tomatoes

Noe its time to put some Cheez

Pair with a Glass of Coke

Servings good for 2 persons

NO to Dengue!

Just this August 6, DOH (Department of Health) declares National Dengue Epidemic, with 146,062 cases recorded since January up to July 20 this year, 98% higher than the same period last Year. There were 622 deaths.

Based on DOH Dengue Surveillance Report:

Region VI (Western Visayas) had the most number of cases at 23,330

Region IV-A (CALABARZON) with 16,515

Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula) with 12,317

Region X (Northern Mindanao) with 11,455

Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN) with 11,083 cases.

This is one of the primary interventions to prevent and control dengue.
