1. Great Location - Firsts things first, location wins a lot of shoppers custom due to convenience. A minute ride from your Place, easy ride in a jeepney (it cost less) and most of the time - we can just walk on it.

2. We go To socialise too - A great choice of a place that its not just only you can visit. Importantly If they see good and quality shop's and a place to eat and bond at the same time. An hour or two chatting in Starbucks with a good Wifi to connect.

For convenience - we really tend to spend our weekend here because its a convenient way for us after attending a mass from Don Bosco Parish Church, just a walk away. but Some of us will run in here to use their facilities, or maybe simply park before heading off elsewhere. Some may just also stop there because of heavy rain, or who’ll just need to kill time. Although they may be there by chance, the fact they’re there allows us to influence our mood.. right?!
