NEW Pampers Sensitive Wipes make cleaning poo a breeze for parents

NEW Pampers Sensitive Wipes make cleaning poo a breeze for parents  is ultra-soft and strong and does not tear easily – for a gentle but effective clean that helps protect baby’s delicate skin from skin rash

Manila, Philippines – Whether you’re a newbie or an experienced parent, it’s a known fact that with every precious baby also comes a lot of mess to clean! Everything from feeding your baby, playing, and especially diaper changing, comes with its fair share of mess, but it doesn’t mean cleaning up can’t be easy.

To make cleaning a breeze for you and your baby, Pampers, the No.1 diaper brand in the world, is here to help you with the launch of the NEW Pampers Sensitive Wipes that offers gentle but effective clean for your baby.
Pampers Sensitive Wipes comes with soft and thick fluffy sheets that enable gentle, effective cleansing without easily tearing. Every sheet is guaranteed to be PH-balanced, paraben-free, phenoxyethanol-free, and alcohol-free with Pampers’ unique formula that helps protect your baby’s skin from diaper rash. It is dermatologically tested to be suitable for sensitive skin making it safe for your baby’s bum.
“Pampers continuously aims to deliver the best products for baby's healthy development such as providing quality diapers suitable for baby's delicate skin,” said Akhil Meshram, Pampers Country Leader. “This is why we are launching Pampers Sensitive Wipes, to offer gentle and effective cleaning for baby especially when diaper changing.”

For beginner parents, it’s important that you have these essentials when doing a newborn diaper change: a clean and dry surface, clean diapers, sensitive wipes.

Using baby wipes to add to your diaper-changing routine leaves the baby feeling fresh after every wipe. Use wipes to clean the baby’s diaper region, wiping from front to back without missing out the sides and the outside areas, and then wait for the skin to dry before putting on a fresh diaper.

With every diaper change, using a trusted sensitive baby wipe like Pampers helps in minimizing the risk of diaper rash. Because not all wipes are created equal, some easily tear apart. A good tip for parents is to choose wipes that are gentle and strong enough to properly wipe baby’s poo without tearing, so you use less wipes as you clean more.
Pampers Sensitive Wipes offers parents that advantage to clean up poo and wipe’s baby’s bum with its safe ingredients and effective cleaning feature, which are also gentle to use on the hands and body too.

“From my eldest hanggang sa bunso, laki sa Pampers ang mga yan. I’ve always believed that Pampers is the best diaper brand for my kids because they understand parents’ sentiments on what babies’ need, like how to avoid baby diaper rash and importance of diaper change. Trying the new Pampers Sensitive Wipes, super satisfied ako kasi ang gentle sa skin ni Marius and super effective! It was love at first wipe,” candidly shared by experienced mom Pehpot Pineda who is a well-known mommy blogger and a Pampers Ambassador.

“It definitely made cleaning baby poo’s mess easier and faster for me. Thanks to Pampers kasi I don’t have to use more wipes than I should, so I’m sure I’m getting a quality product, no harsh chemicals pa! I definitely recommend this to mommies, especially rookie moms!,” Mommy Pehpot urges new moms to use the new Pampers Sensitive Wipes too.

Whether you’re at home or outdoors, add the new Pampers Sensitive Wipes to your diaper-changing routine so you have peace of mind that you only give total protection to your baby’s delicate skin.

Olay Regenerist Whip now with UV protection to give you freedom to glow all out even under the sun

Did you know that on average, people experience about 18 hours of total sun exposure per week
just by doing a regular daily routine?
Olay research says that this is equivalent to the same amount of sun exposure we get when at the beach.
Unfortunately, 1 out of 3 women beg off from using SPF daily because of the sticky texture, especially in the humid Philippine weather.
In case you missed out on the big news, UV rays are the cause of sun damage and you can get it
whether you’re indoor or outdoor, even during sunny or rainy days. This is exactly why sunscreen
is highly recommended to be used every day as there’s no escaping from these UV rays even if the sun is hidden.

Olay redefines UV protection with the all-new Whips UV SPF 30 - so you can bid goodbye to your
greasy sunscreen and enjoy the double benefit of a hydrated skin and sun protection.
This breakthrough facial moisturizer offers the best of both worlds – protection and hydration.
Olay Whip SPF 30 shields your skin against the sun’s harmful rays while giving it full, natural
coverage. Its lightweight formula gives matte finish which lasts from day to night. The best part about Olay Whips is its unique formulation with Active Rush Technology, which means that this
moisturizer holds 1000x its weight in hydration, transforming from cream to liquid at first contact
to allow fast absorption with breathable feel. No grease, no stickiness, and no white cast left behind the skin.

If you’re obsessed about skincare, then this will seal the deal for you. This moisturizer is packed with tried and tested Olay power ingredients: Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) that boosts cell turnover and strengthens skin barrier for defense against pollution and weather; Advanced Amino-peptide
complex for anti-aging benefit for a firmer and a more lifted look; and Hyaluronic Acid which is responsible in retaining the water within your cells so the skin is kept hydrated all day long.
Olay Regenerist Whips UV gives you the freedom to face the sun. Plus, it saves you from the
longer skincare prep time in the morning. Every time you step out of the house, you don’t need to
worry about premature skin aging, and you can simply focus on flaunting your smoother, younger,
and shine-free skin – more reasons to glow all out even under the sun. It is perfect for everyday use, so you so you don't have an excuse to skip sun protection ever again.

#38rrific To Share | A Birthday Blog+Thank You Message| #MajLife2020

Officially 38.
.. Nearly Four Decades.

As I have gotten older (feeling ko lang palagi 20 pa Lang ako.. Hihi..)
I have realized that the true gifts in this life are not ones that you can put a price tag on.
Not even a certain brand name something that you wear.
Not a place you get to go.
Not a big fancy sparkling you hold in your hands.
It's YOU, it's the Every Moment you got to spend it with Loved Ones.
And that's How I always want my Birthday to celebrate.
Simple.
but Contented & HAPPY.

38 years of existence and reflecting it.

I am proud PROBINSYANA.
Proud Aklanon.

With that 38 years,
Napaisip ako e." Sabi nga di ba, YOU'RE not getting any younger.."

Moved here in Makati at year 2009 to work.
First time to be away with family. Hesitant at first, siyempre bago to sakin.
I have to learned things on my own.
and Yes, my INDEPENDENT moment i have been waiting for. (pero 27 nako nito.. LONG Story, Strict Parent..and all that.)

Been Broken. (dumaan din naman ako sa phase na yan..)
but YES, those things and those people made me the strongest.
Been Judged. Been Fooled.

Giving up is never an Option. Palagi ko iniisip..simple lang to problems ko compare to those people i have read.. Kumbaga..sample pa lang to. Faith is my company.
"Prayer changes things."
God is Good, He really listens.
Answered prayer. i Met my Soulmate.
I got married at 31 and have my first born at 32,

Every year you will get to learned, maybe Not everything but those some of the things you encounter along the way:

Sharing #38rrific Things:
** Saying SORRY. Always swallow your pride to say you’re sorry. It won't make you a Less person.
** Taking things Slow. Conservative man ako, as they say,
It's a choice. I am a late bloomer ๐Ÿ˜Š I had my eldest at 32 and its worth it.
** The moment is all there is. Lahat ng worries and plans natin about the future, minsan nga meron pa replaying moments with what happened in the past, it’s all in our heads, and that keep us away from living fully.
Let go of all that, and just focus on what you’re doing, right at this moment. In this way, makikita natin what's really in store for us.
** I wasted a lot of energy when I was younger worrying about being almost PERFECT.
It’s way more fun to forget about that, and just be yourself.

** Mistakes are the best way to learn. Don’t be afraid to make them. Admit that we also makes a mistakes. NOBODY is Perfect. What we need to know is that, you might fail but We should know How to accept it, get up and and make it right. Try not to repeat the same ones again. I Believe in Second Changes.

** What are we afraid of? FAILURES. tama?
Failures are the stepping stones to success. Without failure, we’ll never learn how to succeed. Pede naman sometimes try to fail, instead of trying to avoid failure dahil takot nga tayo.

** Let go of expectations. When you have expectations of something — a person, an experience, a job — you put it hanging up that has little to do with reality.
You set of the thing (or person) and then try to fit the reality into this ideal ones that we want, and that leads to disappointment. Instead, try to experience reality as it is, appreciate it for what it is, and be happy that it is.

** It's Better to Give than to receive. (tuwing Christmas lang ba to?hehehe) Giving is so much better than getting. Give with no expectation of getting something in return, and it becomes a more pure and honest act. Oftentimes, we give something and expect to get in return — at least get some gratitude or recognition for our efforts. Try to let go of that need, and just give.

** Being a First time Mom, i have to know things.. one of those things, When she asks for your attention, always grant it. But, i am working, sometimes i feel guilty that i have that limited time.. go to work at 8 o'clock in the morning and comes home..sometimes late if work has to stay long.
when your tired, mainit na ulo ko..but realizing.. instead of being annoyed at that, We have to be grateful for the reminder to SPEND TIME with our family.

** No one ever knows what we are doing as parents. paano nga ba? we try to imitate and hoping we’re getting it right. minsan gusto natin in details pa, and sadly, miss out on the fun. nakalimutan natin, naging bata din naman tayo.. i am 38, and i have Two kids Now.. at mga bata pa sila. Kids must to show them they’re loved, to enjoy the moments We can with them, to show them life is fun, and stay out of the way of them becoming the amazing people they’re going to become. That they already ARE.

** Gratitude is one of the best ways to find contentment? do we Agree?
We are often discontent in our lives, desire more, because we don’t realize how much we have. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, be grateful for the amazing gifts you’ve been given- of loved ones and simple pleasures, of health and even of Simple things in our plate. Be grateful every day.

** Learn about empathy. minsan, we judge people on too little information.
We must try to understand what they do instead, put ourselves in their shoes, Iba iba tayo ng pinagdadaanan. Life becomes much better if you learn to understand.

** Create. The world is full of distractions, but very few are as important as it is.
for me, being able to inspire people, that's the creation you can perfectly make.

** Take a BREAK. We all need that, it's either your working, or just Home..everyone needs a time to Think...to breathe. Take a walk if you have too. And you'll see.. ๐Ÿ˜Š

38 years of existence.. and counting.
above all, we must never forget How LOVE works.
Love comes in many flavors. I love my KIDS, completely and more than I can ever fully understand. I love them each in different way.
I Love my Husband in every imperfection I Know. I Love my Small Family with every second of it.

I am officially 38 Today.
definitely have a lot left to learn.
Life has many lessons left to teach me, and I’m looking forward to them all.

Thank you for taking a little time to read my blog.

Bayview Hotel GM Eugene T. Yap: Leading with compassion

A good leader possesses not one but a combination of many good qualities. For Bayview Park Hotel Manila’s General Manager Eugene T. Yap, his best assets stem from his innate compassion for people and the desire to always provide service that only gets better over time.
Mr. Yap took his seat as the hotel’s General Manager in 2002, but he has been with Bayview Hotel Development Corp., the company that owns and operates the hotel, since it acquired the property in the late 1980s. At that time, he was serving from the company’s head office in Makati as part of the legal team that handled the property acquisition. Later, he was tasked to look over the structure’s renovations and repairs.

It may seem like a stretch for a corporate lawyer to work in the operations and management side of a hotel. After getting a business degree at the University of Santo Tomas in 1985, Atty. Yap pursued a legal career and went straight to law school at Manuel L. Quezon University, before passing the bar exams in 1990. But as he recalls, “You know how children usually dream what they always see? When we were younger, whenever we go to restaurants or hotels and service is given to us superbly and we feel happy about it, you tend to feel like you want to work in those types of service. At that time there wasn’t really much of a ‘hospitality industry’ to be spoken of so I wouldn’t call this my childhood dream. But when our company acquired Bayview, I simply began to love the property.”

The passion to serve people became Yap’s main drivers at work. “In the hospitality industry, we serve our guests and we take care of our employees. In the legal practice, we also take care of our clients and our staff. So, in this aspect, they are really not much different,” he says. He believes that good service can only be provided to hotel guests when the people working behind the scenes are also being valued by their leader, so he strives to give them a good working environment and has even adopted a program called the Managers’ Initiative. Through this program, employees are encouraged to pitch in their suggestions on how they can improve the hotel’s services, amenities, and even marketing efforts, and gives them the platform to explore their ideas. He also puts value in having a work-life balance among his employees and even with himself. “I always set a time limit for work because when you are enjoying the work, you tend to lose track of time and you should never lose time for your family. It is also important for me and my staff to recharge once in a while so we can provide better service to our guests when we return to work.”

When asked to describe his leadership style, “You can say relaxed but still professional. I believe in accountability where each one is responsible for their own actions, but I also believe in learning from others. I am forever a student of the hospitality industry so I try my best to learn from all people.” He constantly keeps a listening ear open for comments and suggestions from every person who walks into the hotel because he believes that “Guests are your best teachers.” He says, “How do I know when I’m doing a good job? When I see guests smiling. When they are satisfied with your service, that guest will keep coming back and keep asking for you. When the guest starts needing you, that means you’re doing something right.”

Not only at Bayview Park Hotel does Mr. Yap apply his mantras of good leadership. He also takes pride in being the president of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP). As leader to the organization, he aims to leave a mark in the industry through his “leadership by accommodation,” which is founded on understanding, being approachable, and being reasonable. “Just keep on giving the best available service to your guests and don’t forget to give your employees the pat on the back that they deserve. When you start receiving compliments from your guests and loyalty from staff, that’s where success comes in.”
