A Birthday Staycation

It's October once again and it's my youngest 6th Birthday. October 18 when I gave birth to her. Time flies really fast at dahil nga it's her special day, she requested for a swimming kaya naman, wish granted!
Last October 14, we got a Pre-Celebration at Venice Luxury Residences in Taguig City.
What we love about the place is that aside from it's very spacious, this is just beside Venice Grand Canal Mall (as in literal walk lang talaga) and Yes it's in our Window view in the Bedroom. Ang ganda talaga niya at night, ang Romantic. 😊

This is a 1BR with spacious Kitchen, Dining, Living Room (with Sofa Bed), 1 Bathroom

After swimming we had lunch in Venice Grand Canal, finally after pandemic we were able to visit here again. I remember Rayne is only 10 months old & ate Roczi is only 5 then. See Photos below

Our Overnight stay is so worth it. The birthday girl really enjoys it here! As she says 'this is the best day ever for her birthday' 😍

We normally don't go for a staycation often but when we do we make it to a point that kids will enjoy most because every moment is for them. We want our kids to remember every happy moments while growing up.

Beef Brocolli with Quail Eggs | MajLife Blogs

 

      

    Sharing you an easy beef broccoli with quail eggs. Using Mrs. Garcias Meats, it is thinly slice and so tender. Broccoli is my youngest daughter's favorite.

The flavor can be adjusted if you want No Salt or less with sauce, you can do it.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. beef (Mrs Garcias Meat)
• 2 Stalks of Broccoli (Cut)
• 2pcs ginger minced
• 2cloves garlic minced
• 1 cup water optional
• cooking oil
• 1 Pack Wow Sarap All-In-One Seasoning
• Salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional)

• 1/4 cup Mega Prime oyster sauce

Instructions

• Season Beef with Wow Sarap All-In-One Seasoning (use half) , set aside from 15 minutes.
• Spray Oil and Heat in a cooking pot. Fry Beef.
• In the same pot Sauté ginger and garlic. Add water, Oyster and Wow Sarap, the you may now the beef and Brocolli. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes, then add quail eggs. Remove from the pot. Set aside.
• Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. (Optional)
• Serve and Enjoy!
