Cooking at Home is really challenging, i am not really good at this, and especially when you have a toddler who always want to be at your side.

Chocolate Chewy Chip Cookies | #MajLife

My First Bake for 2021 ♥️ 

Here's what we need :

1/2 cup butter, softened/Melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips (we used Hershey) 

1 cup Sprinkles, nuts (Optional lang, if you want) 

What we need to do:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Then Set aside.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until it's creamy.

Add eggs, beat well and fully combined. 

Now time to add flour mixture, beat well. 

Stir in chocolate chips or Sprinkles (i will make two) 

Form a large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans or may use a cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes. 

Remove from the pan then let it cool in a wire rack.

Check if it's completely cool to Eat and Enjoy! #EasyChocolateChipCookies

2021 to Start

Looking back those months - we're still okay.

But Not until March 2020. 😔

Everything changed. 

Everything stopped. 

Everything turns nothing but full of Why's.

I am used to be just home but i didn't realize staying home will be different and a bit difficult especially for my kids who used to be in a Park. Who used to spend weekends to play. 

Our Weekends from March did start well at first but as the days passing.. Kids starting to ask. Why we are not going outside, why Ate is not in school anymore.. Why we can't accepy any visitors nor even relatives. 

Napaisip din ako e.  Anu nga ba talaga ang nangyari?

Daming tanong.. Yes but not had been answered. I just keep telling my kid's that we will be fine. Even told them the truth. —that we had this Pandemic and we need to be Home to be safe. There is really no easy way to explain them because my kids are still young to understand it fully.

10 months after,

We survived Christmas differently,  We Thank GOD for everything. 

We survived New Year differently but still happy and Blessed. 

We Praised and Thank GOD for 2020;

For our Family who still stick together, who always believe and trust each other, Old and New Friends who never leave our side even just through online, a Tough year but, we will continue fighting this 2021 - No Goals yet, but with Holding a Hope to make Fresh New Beginning to count.. 

We may not complete to Welcome this Year but our Hopes never change. Our Faith made us stronger.

It made me the strongest person i didn't know - i can. (tears fell in my cheek) 

Basta para sa family ko. Alam ko kakayanin ko. GIVING up will never be my option. 

Siyempre, there will be times, malulungkot ka, masasaktan at mapapagod.. But seeing my kids and having a supportive husband - i don't have any reason to stop. I wont Stop. 

We have each other. We are our Strength. 

2020 teaches us a lot.

Got a chance to continue helping especially those in need through #BrandbuzzPH.

also Part of it - we make us closer to HIM 🙏 

Closer to our family even we are apart. 

Please Let us continue to pray that this Pandemic will end. And That we will be back in our Normal routine very soon.
